Eligibility for Returns
Since Valo Works operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • There was a significant discrepancy between the product received and the product described on our website.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. Any exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Valo Works after evaluating the returned item.

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process after the item has been received and inspected.
